3. SMS & Text Messaging

Manhattan Provisions offers an SMS-based ordering and communication service. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Manhattan Provisions related to order placement, order confirmations, delivery updates, and account communications.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messaging data is used solely to provide and support the Services described in this Policy.

Our SMS messages are sent and received using Twilio, our messaging service provider. Twilio processes message content and phone numbers on our behalf, subject to Twilio's own privacy and security practices.

4. Payment Processing

Payments made through our platform, including ACH bank transfers, are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full bank account or routing numbers on our own servers — this information is collected and stored directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy and applicable payment industry security standards. We receive confirmation of payment status and limited transaction details necessary to apply payments to your account.

5. Accounting & QuickBooks Online Integration

Manhattan Provisions uses QuickBooks Online ("QBO") to manage invoicing, payment reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping. Order, customer, and payment information may be synced with our QBO account for accounting purposes. This data is handled in accordance with Intuit's applicable security and privacy practices for QuickBooks Online.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business, specifically with:

• Twilio — to send and receive SMS messages
• Stripe — to process ACH and other payments
• Intuit QuickBooks Online — to manage invoicing and accounting
• Delivery personnel and logistics partners, as needed to fulfill orders
• Professional advisors (accountants, attorneys) as needed for legitimate business purposes
• Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law

We retain order, account, and communication records for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain accurate business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations. SMS communication logs are retained consistent with our recordkeeping practices and applicable telecommunications recordkeeping requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Stripe under industry-standard (PCI-DSS compliant) security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below, subject to our legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs
• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in those emails

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for business customers and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
