Manhattan Provisions LLC is a wholesale manufacturer and distributor of kosher meat and deli products, located at 149 Harborview North, Lawrence, NY 11559.
Our Services are intended for business customers, including retailers, caterers, and foodservice operators. You must provide accurate, current information when setting up an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
Orders may be placed through our website, ordering platform, or via our SMS ordering service. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by Manhattan Provisions. Pricing shown to individual accounts reflects negotiated customer-specific pricing where applicable and is subject to change with notice.
Customers who opt in may place orders and receive order-related communications via text message. Use of this feature is subject to our Privacy Policy and requires your consent to receive SMS messages, which may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Manhattan Provisions is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier.
Payment is due according to the terms established on your account. We accept ACH payments processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge or debit the account provided for amounts owed. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available; fees resulting from failed or returned payments may be passed on to you.
Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Title and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect deliveries promptly and report any discrepancies or quality concerns within a reasonable time.
All products are subject to standard food industry handling and kosher supervision practices applicable to our operations. Concerns regarding product quality or order accuracy should be reported promptly to our team so we can address them.
Invoicing and payment records are maintained through our accounting system, including QuickBooks Online. Customers may request copies of invoices or statements by contacting us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manhattan Provisions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to our Services, including account or SMS ordering access, at our discretion, including for non-payment or misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
